Orders are exchangeable within 14 days from delivery, and 30 days for defective items.
Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.
If a physically damaged product(s) or wrong product(s) is received, an exchange will be done for free within 2-5 working days inside Cairo, and 4-7 working days outside Cairo.
Shipping fees will be added for exchanging normal orders.
Refunds
Orders are refundable within 14 days from issuing the receipt.
Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.
If a wrong product or a defective product is received, the full amount will be refunded without any deduction for shipping fees.
For refunds due to a change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted from the product price value.
